• Site Visit or Virtual Meeting: We will schedule an in-person site visit or a virtual meeting to measure and go over the exact dimensions of your space. This gives us a first-hand look at the layout and architectural details.
• Priority & Goal Setting: During this meeting, we will discuss your specific needs to get a thorough understanding of what you want to prioritize in the space (e.g., maximizing storage, improving functionality, creating a specific vibe, or highlighting focal points).

Depending on the size and complexity of your space, we establish a design package fee. A 10% to 20% design deposit is collected at this stage to initiate the technical planning, spatial mapping, and curation process.

• Pinterest Collaboration: We utilize shared Pinterest boards where you can pin inspiration images to establish a foundational aesthetic direction.
• Canva Mood Boards: In addition to Pinterest, we create dedicated Canva boards to build out your tailored mood board. These Canva boards allow for collaborative feedback, meaning you can directly add notes, comments, and specific likes or dislikes onto the design elements in real-time.

Our team transforms your empty or outdated room into a scaled, high-definition 3D digital model. You will be able to virtually walk through your future space to clearly visualize traffic flow, lighting layout, and spatial configurations.

Once you are 100% in love with the 3D design and material selections, we provide a comprehensive construction proposal. When you choose us to build your project, your entire design deposit is fully absorbed and credited directly into your final construction invoice, making the design package completely free.
